Taking your Dining to New Heights

At Vatavaran, we believe dining is more than just a meal—it’s an ascent to new experiences. Nestled in the heart of Knightsbridge, our restaurant draws inspiration from the majestic Himalayas, where diverse ecosystems thrive amidst the peaks. Here, we elevate Indian cuisine to match the towering heights of these landscapes, crafting dishes that are rooted in tradition but soar with contemporary flair.

Vatavaran is a journey of the senses, where every visit brings you closer to the heart of the mountains.

Crafted from the Elements

Our culinary philosophy is rooted in the essence of Indian tradition: raw, untamed, and abundant. At Vatavaran, the menu is a masterpiece that reimagines the richness of Indian flavors through the art of Sigri—open-flame cooking. Each dish is crafted using ingredients that reflect the bounty of the land, charred to perfection to capture the rugged yet fertile spirit of our history. From delicate smokiness to bold spices, every bite tells a story of earth, fire, and elevation.

Design That Elevates the Senses

Step into an atmosphere where nature intertwines with artistry. Vatavaran’s interiors, draped in earthy tones and adorned with abstract designs, pay homage to the majestic peaks that inspire us. Across four distinctive levels, from the vibrant Shikhar bar to the tranquil private dining spaces of Brook & Meadow, every corner offers a unique ambiance. It’s a sanctuary that invites you to relax, explore, and indulge in an elevated dining journey crafted with care.
